6 Track Filling Machine
The form fill and seal machine are specially designed to pack Liquids specially Alcohol, Juices, Milk, Flavoured Water in the fill range of 1 to 200 ml.
This machine is set to pack liquids in laminated pouches with Max. Speed of 35-50 Packs/min./trackThis is a mechanical machine the plain laminate with eye mark in sheet form is fixed on the roll mounting shaft from there it passes through the unwinding assembly then the film moves through various rollers. Then it comes to the photo mark sensor where the eye mark is being detected and the pouch length is controlled. Then the laminate film goes to the slitter mechanism where it is divided into two parts, after that it moves towards forming plates then it moves further through the idler rollers and then to the vertical sealer where the vertical sealers seal the laminate to form the tubes. The number of tubes is as per the requirement of the user and the width of the roll-fed to the machine. These tubes are pulled downwards by NIP ROLLERS to the predetermined length or the distance between eye marks. During pulling the tubes are slit and separated from each other. The product is filled into the tubes/pouches by PLC controlled volumetric /GRAVITY filling system. The volume of the product is settable from the HMI. Then the pouch is sealed horizontally during sealing a knife is operated either to cut the pouch or to make a cutting perforation to form a chain/strip of pouches. The strip cutting count is settable on HMI.
